CanAm Development Meeting

CanAm will be holding another development meeting to discuss the Annexation and Zoning Application they have submitted to the city. Here is the communication they sent to us to invite our residents to the Zoom meeting.

“Good Afternoon CanAm Neighbors,

We wanted to provide an update on our project following the withdrawal of our original Annexation and Zoning application back at the beginning of November.  After withdrawing our original application, we submitted a new Annexation and Zoning application for the City to review.  This new application is currently going through the City’s development review process. 

We will be holding an additional neighborhood meeting via Zoom on Wednesday, December 15th from 6:00-7:00pm per the City’s recommendation.  Notifications will be sent to adjacent property owners consistent with the City’s requirements.  The Zoom invite may also be accessed on our project website: www.canamcc.com. 

We will have some updates to share at the neighborhood meeting and we hope you can join us.
