Changing your landscaping or house?
How do you know if you need approval?
If you want to make changes to the exterior of your home or landscaping, know that some things can be done without requesting approval, while most things require it. You can learn more about this, by reading about it in our Design Guidelines.
If you are unsure if you should fill out the Design Request Form then we recommend you reach out.
How do you request approval?
If you need to approval for a change then you will want to download and fill out our Design Request Form which will be returned to the Community Manager. Additional information can be found in the form.*** Please note the CEC committee only meets once a month. The 3rd Wednesday. Please allow 30 days for review***
