What is a Metro District?
When people think about an HOA they typically think about covenant enforcement and landscape/building maintenance. In Belle Creek, these things are managed by our Metropolitan District or Metro District.
Metro Districts are Special Districts like a School or Fire District, but created to fund the construction of infrastructure - the streets, power, water, sewer, family center, parks and more. The Belle Creek Metro District also handles covenants, the family center, the landscaping of community spaces, and more.
When are meetings?
Board meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month, at 6 pm, in the family center. Public comment is typically scheduled, but we want to hear from you, so we are willing to be flexible. Residents are invited to join at any time during this meeting to provide input or ask questions.
Once a year, we schedule a meeting in the family center in the morning on a Saturday to try to talk with people who can not make it to the monthly evening meetings.
Who is on the board?
Our district has a 5 person board made up of home owners. The current board are:
