Re: No Parking Signs

Please be advised that these signs are unenforceable and are truly an eyesore.  Also, they cannot be placed in the tree lawn area between the sidewalk and the street.  This area is under the jurisdiction of Commerce City.  Commerce City Neighborhood Services will be conducting a sweep to remove all signs placed in the tree lawn.

If you have a problem with cars parking in front of your property for long periods of time, if your work schedule has you arriving home at late night or early morning hours and you cannot park in front or your home, call Commerce City Police non-emergency for enforcement of the 5 hour limit.  That number is 303-288-1535.

Above all else, BE KIND.  Explain your situation to the person that is parking in front of your property and listen to them as well.
