Natural Gas Line Update
Public Service Company of Colorado (PSCo, an Xcel Energy Company) has a natural gas pipeline that bisects Belle Creek. This pipeline is located within easements that were established in the 1950s, which in turn, were platted as part of the Belle Creek development.
Quiktrip Corp New Development
QuikTrip Corp. wants to build a QuikTrip on the corner of 112th Ave and US 85. They are requesting a rezoning of the plat of land between US 85 and Belle Creek Blvd on 112th Ave.
What is a Use Easement?
A description of use easements as described the by the covenants. A use easement allows neighbors to access the mechanical elements on the exterior of their home even if it is officially in their neighbors yard. This includes things like air conditioners, electrical panels, internet cables, and more.
